About 

 

I'm David Richards, and I'm delighted to introduce myself as your dedicated personal trainer. I aim to transform the lives of busy professionals in Cambridge through the art of exercise and strength training.

Why ‘Harmonious Motion’?

It refers to a state or condition in which movement or activity occurs smoothly, seamlessly, and with a balanced, pleasing, or synchronised quality. Yes, it can mean gliding across the pitch or court like Lionel Messi or Roger Federer but for the majority of us, it’s about our muscles, joints, and breath coming together in a harmonious union with a simple task such as walking or a bodyweight squat without pain.

Experience

I've taken thousands of one-to-one personal training sessions, accumulating over 15 years of experience. This vast experience has given me the insights and knowledge to employ the most efficient methods for helping individuals become stronger and more mobile.

 

A Diverse Clientele 

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with a wide array of clients, each with their aspirations and challenges. From entrepreneurs and CEOs to dedicated business owners, academics, doctors, artists, and even professional athletes. These experiences have reinforced my belief in the transformative power of fitness and the positive impact it can have on every aspect of life.

I know Cambridge very well, I have come to understand it and have grown to deeply appreciate everything it has to offer. My connection to Cambridge allows me to tailor your fitness program to this dynamic and energetic environment.
